摘　　要：阐述了应急物流和军事物流的内涵,分析了两者的相似性,指出两者存在共同发展的基础,两者可以相互借鉴,相互促进,联合发展,并从法规建设、标准制定、预案编制、物资储备等方面提出了促进应急物流和军事物流联合发展的策略。The paper expatiates on the connotation of emergency logistics and military logistics, analyzes their similarity, points out that they have a base of joint development and may realize mutual reference, mutual promotion and joint development and puts forward the tactics for joint development in such aspects as the construction of regulations, formulation of standards, making up plan and physical reserve.
