摘　　要：30多年来,世界上发展了一系列事后补救措施(紧急避孕、黄体期避孕和催经止孕)避免意外妊娠。本文就目前这类药物性补救措施的临床有效性和安全性做一介绍和分析。Since 1970s, there have been developing some post-coital methods, such as emergency contraception, luteal phase contraception and menstrual regulation, to prevent unintended pregnancy in the world. The aim of this article is to expound the efficacy and safety of these most using post-coital contraceptive methods.
