摘 要:环境的变化导致生产模式发生转型和升级是我国制造业企业面临的重大变革之一。生产模式及其内容处于不断演化之中。生产模式演进的内外动因包括管理要素、结构要素和转化要素等。在生产模式转型中,管理要素是决定因素,结构要素、转化要素(技术因素)则是限制因素。生产模式的选择对于企业来说是一种适应性的结果,适应性一方面体现在对环境变化的适应上,另一方面则体现在对管理基础水平和知识结构的适应上。管理水平和管理基础是需要累积的,任何一种生产模式都可以达到管理高水平。生产模式演进是大势所趋,需要着重发展企业的适应能力。The transition and upgrading of production mode caused by environmental change is the challenging task for Chinese manufacturing enterprises. Mode of production and its content are changing all the time. The internal and external underlying forces of evolution of production mode include management elements, structural elements, and transformation elements, etc.. Management elements are the vital key elements, and the structural elements and the transformation elements are the constraint elements in the process of transition of production mode. The selection of production mode is the result of adaptability for the enterprises. Adaptability is represented in adaptation to environmental change on one hand, and in adaptation to standards of management and structure of knowledge on the other hand. Standards of management and foundation of management needs accumulation. Every mode of production can achieve the high standards of management. The evolution of production mode is the tendency, which needs putting emphasis on promoting the adaptation capability of the enterprises.
