摘 要:目的:研究常用生化试剂对钾测定的试剂交叉污染情况,并探讨解决方法。方法:根据雅培公司测定试剂交叉污染的程序,分别测定各种常用生化试剂对钾测定的交叉污染情况,对有交叉污染的试剂设定Smart Wash功能来消除交叉污染。结果:ADA、ALT、GSP、TB测定试剂对钾测定存在交叉污染,设定Smart Wash功能后基本可消除交叉污染。结论:多种常用的生化试剂对测定血钾存在试剂交叉污染问题,新的试剂的应用应该根据试剂交叉污染的程序来测定试剂交叉污染情况,找到有效的方法来消除交叉污染,减少测定结果的误差。Objective: To investigate the reagent carryover on the determination of K+ on the Abbott Aeroset clinical chemistry analyzer, and find the viable method to eliminate the carryover. Methods: To identify reagent carryover on the determination of K+ according to the protocol from the Aeroset applications guide, after reagent carryover was confirmed and configured for a SmartWash to eliminate or reduce the cross contamination. Results: The reagents that could cause carryover were ADA, ALT, GSP, TB, and the SmartWash function of the analyzer can eliminate cross contamination. Conclusions: Some reagents could lead to the carryover on the determination of K+ on the clinical chemistry analyzer, the clinic laboratory workers should consider the effect of reagent carryover on results and perform testing to measure it, find viable method to eliminate the carryover to reduce laboratory analytical phase error.
