摘 要:为提高电网应对自然灾害的能力,科学指导灾后改造重建和未来电网发展,国家电网公司发布了架空输电线路设计企业标准。对企业标准的重要条款进行了解读,对新旧线路设计规程规定的异同进行梳理,对新企业标准中提高标准、修订完善的具体条款进行了技术经济分析,以期为输变电工程设计和建设单位对新标准的理解和应用提供参考。With the SGCC issuing a new edition of technical code for the overhead transmission line design, with a view to strengthening power grids' capability of coping with natural disasters and to providing scientific guidelines for the post-disaster grid reconstruction as well as grid development, this paper presents an in-depth interpretation of the key clauses of the code as well as a comparative analysis of the differences between the previous edition and the latest one on the rules of transmission line design. Some specific clauses aiming at upgrading or modification are closely looked into from the techno-economic point of view in an attempt to promote understanding and application of this technical code by power transmission design and construction units.
