摘  要:为了提高热浸镀锌层的耐蚀性,在锌浴中添加少量的Ni和V,获得了Zn-0.05%Ni、Zn-0.05%Ni-0.05%V镀层。利用电化学阻抗、极化及中性盐雾腐蚀测试,研究了Ni和V对镀层耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:与纯Zn镀层相比,Zn-0.05%Ni、Zn-0.05%Ni-0.05%V镀层在5%NaCl溶液中的电化学阻抗增大,自腐蚀电位正移,极化电阻增大,腐蚀电流密度减小,耐蚀性提高,其中,Zn-0.05%Ni-0.05%V镀层耐蚀性最佳;Ni、V的加入在一定程度上抑制了阳极反应和阴极反应,延缓了白锈的产生,镀层耐蚀性能提高。The hot-dipped Zn-0.05% Ni and Zn-0.05% Ni-0.05% V coatings were gained by adding a small amount of Ni and V in the zinc bath in order to improve the corrosion resistance of coating. The effects of Ni and V on corrosion resistance were studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, electrochemical polarization and neutral salt spray (NSS) tests. The results show that, compared with pure Zn coating, Zn-0.05%Ni and the Zn-0.05%Ni-0.05% V coatings in 5% NaCl solution are of larger electrochemical impedance, lower corrosion current, larger polarization resistance, less spontaneous corrosion tendency and better corrosion resistance. Zn-0.05% Ni-0.05% V coating shows the best corrosion resistance. To some extent, adding a small amount of Ni and V in the zinc bath suppresses the anodic and cathodic processes of the corrosion of coatings, delays the formation of white rust, enhances the corrosion resistance of coatings.
