摘 要:采用电化学共沉积技术在2A12铝合金表面制备聚苯胺/阳极氧化膜复合层。利用傅立叶红外光谱技术(FTIR)对制备的膜层进行分析;利用极化曲线,交流阻抗技术对制备的膜层在3.5%NaC l溶液中的电化学行为进行研究。FTIR分析结果表明,制备的膜层有聚苯胺生成。Tafel曲线研究表明,制备的膜层可以明显提高2A12铝合金的自腐蚀电位,显著减小自腐蚀电流。交流阻抗研究表明,聚苯胺主要沉积在阳极氧化膜层多孔层的微孔内,聚苯胺对复合膜层的阻挡层有很好的修复作用,通过聚苯胺的修复可以明显减少复合膜层阻挡层缺陷,增加阻挡层电阻。Polyaniline-anodized composite coating was prepared on 2Al2 aluminium alloy surface by electrochemical codeposition method. The prepared composite coating was analyzed and characterized by fourier-transform-infrared (FT-IR) spectra. The electrochemical behavior of prepared composite coating in 3.5 % Nael were investigated by polarization curve and AC impedance spectroscopic measurements. FFIR spectra analyzed results indicate that polyaniline exists in the prepared composite coating. Tafel polarization curve results show that the corrosion potential of prepared composite coating is enhanced and the corrosion current is decreased. EIS analyzed indicate that polyaniline mostly deposited in the microholes of porous layer, and polyaniline can increase the resistance of barrier layer by repairing the defects in the barrier layer of anodized coating.
