摘 要:为了提高LY12铝合金的表面性能,在硫酸体系电解液中通过硬质阳极氧化法在LY12铝合金表面制备了黑色陶瓷膜。利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪研究了陶瓷膜微观形貌和结构。结果表明,陶瓷膜表面存在大量的孔洞,在部分孔洞中存在岛状物。孔洞是由于在进行阳极氧化时含铜合金相与电解液发生反应溶解形成的,其中未溶解的在氧化时形成孔洞中间的岛屿状物。陶瓷膜由大量的-γA l2O3及少量的-αA l2O3组成。LY12铝合金表面陶瓷膜的特殊形貌对封孔工艺提出了严格要求。In order to improve the surface properties of LY12 Al alloy, black ceramic coatings were prepared on LY12 Al alloy substrate through the hard anodic oxidation technique in an electrolyte of sulfuric acid solution. The morphology and composition of coatings were investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. It is found there exist large quantity cavity on the surface of ceramic coatings and there has some island structure in partial cavity. The copper-bearing alloy phase is solution when react with electrolyte forming the cavity while the anodic oxidation proceeding, rest of the alloy forming island in the cavity. The phase composition in the coating is composed of g-Al203 and a little a-Al2O3. The special morphology on LY12 Al-alloy surface sets strict demands on an advanced seal technology.
