摘  要:为了研究甘蓝型油菜种质资源的多态性,对来自我国19个省市和国外8个油菜主产国的104份不同类型、不同性状的甘蓝型油菜种质资源进行了RAPD分析,在300条随机引物中筛选出条带清晰、多态性丰富、表现稳定的引物40条,在此基础上共扩增出DNA片段288条,其中具多态性的252条,多态率87.5%,每引物平均多态位点6.3个。采用非加权类平均法(UPGMA)对统计数据进行聚类分析,当遗传距离为0.3时,可将104份材料分为8大类,其中最大遗传距离0.646 7,最小0.072 9,表明来自不同国家、地区的各类种质资源间具有丰富的遗传多样性,聚类结果与材料的来源具有高度的相关性和对应性。研究结果表明目前甘蓝型油菜育种资源间材料的遗传关系已明显的表现出遗传多样、基因融合、区域弱化的复杂状态。The 40 polymorphic and stable RAPD primers selected from 300 primers were used to analyze the 104 rapeseed oils from 19 different regions in China and 8 foreign countries majored in rapeseed oils. 288 DNA fragments were amplified with the 87. 5 % polymorphism and 6. 3 bands in average. The UPGAM analysis showed that the 104 materials could be divided into 8 types at the genetic distance at 0. 3,with the largest and lowest genetic distance of 0. 646 7 and 0. 072 9. These indicated that there was abundant genetic diversity in different materials from different countries and regions. The cluster results showed that there was high correlation between the genetic distance and the origin of the material. The results also suggested the complex states of genetic diversity, gene fusion and regional weaken of the breeding materials.
