摘 要:通过实地调查,分析评价武汉地区主要作物上烟粉虱的危害状况与发生程度,并采用mtDNA COⅠ基因测序方法鉴定了烟粉虱的生物型组成。结果表明:在武汉地区烟粉虱主要危害葫芦科、豆科、茄科、十字花科等9科34种(变种)作物,其中以长茄、棉花、番茄、烟草、四季豆以及菜豆上的虫口密度较大,作物受害较重;同源性分析发现,在武汉地区烟粉虱的生物型以入侵型Q型的比例最大(86.1%),入侵型B型的比例次之(11.1%),本地种群ZHJ1型最小(2.8%)。At the end of last century, the Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) plague reached an outbreak level and has not been effectively controlled by chemical insecticides in some areas of southern China. The host plants of B. tabaci were investigated and identified from 2006 to 2007 in Wuhan area, and the damage degree caused by B. tabaci can be classified into 4 grades. There were 34 species of host crops of B. tabaci belonging to 9 families, among which eggplant, cotton, tomato, tobacco and kidney bean were most seriously damaged. The biotype were identified by using mtDNA CO I sequences as molecular marker,and 3 different biotypes (B,Q, ZHJ-1) were identified by mtDNA CO I sequences in Wuhan area. The invasive biotype Q of B. tabaci has well established on outdoor and indoor crops and damaged crops most seriously in Wuhan area.
