琥珀酸氯霉素分子印迹聚砜膜的制备及电化学与吸附性能的初步研究

摘  要:为制备特异性识别能力强的琥珀酸氯霉素分子印迹膜,进一步探索利用该膜进行电化学检测琥珀酸氯霉素残留的新方法,试验通过偶联的紫外光引发聚合和相转换成膜过程,制备了HS-CAP分子印迹聚砜膜,并通过紫外分光光度法和电化学方法研究了该膜的吸附特性。结果表明,本试验制备的分子印迹膜在用紫外分光光度法和电化学方法进行检测时,对琥珀酸氯霉素分子表现出了良好的特异性识别能力。To prepare the molecular imprinted membrane with high capacity of specifically absorbing the template molecules and to explore the voltammetric techniques for chloramphenicol succinate (HS- CAP) test, HS-CAP molecular imprinted polysulfone membrane was made by two link-coupled procedures of polymerization that initiated by ultraviolet light and by phase inversion technique. The absorptive characteristics of the imprinted membrane were studied by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and electrochemical method. The results showed that imprinted membrane made in this study could effectively absorb HS-CAP molecules when it was tested by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and electrochemical method.
