循证护理在同期双侧人工全髋关节置换术中的应用

摘　　要：目的应用循证护理（ENB），探索同期双侧人工全髋关节置换的有效护理干预。方法通过对患者全面评估，确定患者健康问题，依据循证护理，制定护理干预措施。结果通过治疗及实施护理措施，收到满意效果，患者对护理工作满意度明显提高，髋关节活动度及Harris评分有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论循证护理有效提高了护理人员的知识水平，促进了双侧全髋关节置换患者的康复。Objective To investigate the effective method of nursing intervention on the simultaneous bi- lateral artificial total hip replaeement aeeording to evidence - based nursing. Methods After the whole assessment, the health problem of the patients were determine＆ According the theory of EBN, the interventional nursing methods were made. Results The satisfied results were obtained after the treatment and nursing methods were carfled out. The satisfactory degree of the patients were increased. The range of motion and the Harris score of hip had significantly difference （ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusions The ENB was helpful to improve the knowledge level of the nursing staff, and also to the rehabilitation of the patients with bilateral artificial total hip replacement.
