摘　　要：目的探讨病毒载量与CD8／CD25、CD8／CD38、CD8／CD95、CD14、CD19、CD56等指标的相关性。方法选用相应的抗体用流式细胞仪进行检测。结果CD8／CD38、CD8／CD25、CD14、CD19在低层病毒载量（〈1000copies／ml）低于高层病毒载量（〉1000copies／ml），有在统计学意义（P〈0．05）；CD56、CD8／CD95在低层病毒载量（〈1000copies／ml）高于高层病毒载量（〉1000copies／ml），并有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论CD8／CD38、CD8／CD25、CD14、CD19与病毒载量呈正相关性，CD56、CD8／CD95与病毒载量呈负相关性。Objective Discuss the correlativity of Virus＇s quantity and CD4/CD5RA,CD4/CD45RO ,CD4/CD28,CD4/CD25,CD4/CD95 and so on. Methods Choose the appropriate antibodies to examinate on the class type cell analyzer. Results CDS/CD38, CDS/CD25 ,CD14, the CD19 member（ 〈 1000 copies/ml）is lower than the high-level viral load capacity in the underlying bed virus load capacity（ 〉 1000 copies/ml） ,and has statistics difference（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; CD56, CD8/CD95 （ 〈 1000 copies/ml）are higher than the high-level viral load capacity in the underlying bed virus load capacity（ 〉 1000 copies/ml）, and has statistics difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion CDS/CD38, CD8/CD25, CD14, CD19 and the viral load capacity has the relevance CD56, CD8/CD95 and viral load capacity existence inverse correlation.
