锁定钢板和拉力螺丝钉联合应用治疗四肢骨骨干骨折

摘　　要：目的应用锁定钢板及拉力螺丝钉，取其二者各自的优点，使骨折断端牢固结合，进可能使骨折处达到一期愈合。方法锁定钢板和拉力螺丝钉联合应用将骨折复位固定。结果2006年8月至2008年3月共收治52例，18例是一期愈合，其余均为二期愈合。结论在四肢骨骨干骨折中，锁定钢板和拉力螺丝钉合理的联合应用，能促进骨折早期愈合，减少并发症的发生。Objective Fix broken ends of fractured bone by locking plate and 1 ag screw, using the preponderances of the two, hope for primary healing. Methods Reestablish and fix broken ends of fractured bone by locking-plate and lag screw. Results There were 52 examples in total during August of 2006 to March, 18 examples were primary healing, and the other were secondary healing. Conclusion To cure fracture of limbs diaphysis by locking plate and 1 ag screw lead to immediate union and less complications.
