摘　　要：本文分析了我国城市轨道交通发展与低碳城市建设之间的关系,认为,构建以城市轨道交通为骨干的城市交通体系,将大幅降低城市排放强度、有效提升城市交通效率和促进城市低碳经济发展,是我国大城市建设低碳城市的必由之路。在此基础上,本文提出加快我国城市轨道交通发展、促进我国低碳城市建设的若干政策建议。This paper analyzes the relationship between development of China＇s urban rail transit （URT） and construction of low-carbon cities in China. It points out that, the construction of low-carbon transport system with URT as the backbone will significantly reduce city emissions intensity, effectively enhance the efficiency of urban transport and promote the city＇s low-carbon economy. And it is the only way for China＇s major cities to construct low-carbon cities. On this basis, this paper proposes a number of low-carbon policy recommendations for speeding up China＇s urban rail transit development and promoting China＇s low-carbon city construction.
