摘　　要：人民政协制度作为一项极具中国特色的制度设计,起源于共和国开创的客观需要。在制度创立和运行的60年里,人民政协制度的功能定位和运行实践发生巨大变迁,经历了一个从"代权力机构"到"统一战线组织"再到"中国特色政治体制的重要组成部分"的成长过程。在此过程中,人民政协与国家建设息息相关,紧密相连,在共和国每一步成长中发挥着极其重要的作用。As a design with Chinese characteristics, the People’s Consultative System stemmed from the objective needs of the Republic. Being Created and functioned for 60 years, great changes has taken place in the functional orientation and the running practice of the People ’s Consultative System, which develops from 'On behalf of the Authority' to 'United Front organizations', and finally to 'An important part of the Political system with Chinese characteristics '. In this process, the People’s Consultative System is closely linked with nation building, and have played a very important role in the every step of the develop of the Republic.
