摘 要:为了提高N,N-二甲基正丁胺合成方法的经济性与环境友好性,采用以正丁胺与甲醇为主要原料进行催化胺化的路线,原子利用率较高.用浸渍法制备了磷酸改性的γ-Al2O3负载活性金属的催化剂,在管式固定床反应器中考察了催化剂活性成分及反应条件对合成N,N-二甲基正丁胺的影响.结果表明,γ-Al2O3上负载活性组分含Co和Ni质量分数分别为30%~31%及9%~10%的催化剂具有较满意的选择性和活性.在较合适的反应工艺条件:压力为0.3MPa,温度为160℃,体积空速为0.3h,进料甲醇和正丁胺的物质的量比为6:1下,原料正丁胺的转化率达到81.7%,目标产物N,N-二甲基正丁胺的选择性达到72.9%.The catalytic amination of n-butylamine and methanol, which is high in conducted to produce N, N-dimethyl-n-butylamine economically and environmentall atom utilization, was y. The catalysts were prepared by impregnation of Cu, Ni, Co on the phosphoric acid treated γ-Al2O3 and the processes were studied in a tubular fixed-bed reactor. The characteristics of the catalysts and the reaction conditions were observed experimentally. Results showed that the catalyst with Co mass fraction of 30% -31% and Ni mass fraction of 9%-10% performed better in the amination. The conversion of 81.7% of the n-butylamine and the selectivity of 72.9% for the desired product were obtained under the proper reaction conditions at 0. 3 MPa, 160℃, 0.3 h^-1 and molar ratio of methanol : butylamine=6 : 1.
