摘 要:通过两步原子转移自由基聚合,制备了4种不同嵌段长度的四臂星型嵌段共聚物苯乙烯-聚4-乙烯基吡啶嵌段共聚物(PS-b-P4VP)4.在选择性溶剂甲苯中,随着嵌段长度的变化,自组装胶束的形态从球型到短棒状和纤维状的转变,其中(PS25-b-P4VP90)4自组装形成的以P4VP为核,以PS为花瓣型壳的纤维状胶束.以这种纤维状胶束作为模板。The star-block copolymers poly ( styrene)-block-poly (4-vinylpyridine) ( PS- b-P4VP)4 were synthesized by two-step atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) using pentaerythritol tetrakis 2-bromoisobutyrate as initiator. The structure and molecular weight of polymers was experimentally confirmed by ^-HNMR spectroscopy, gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and IR, respectively. The star-block copolymers formed fiberlike micelles in toluene with the P4VP core and the PS petal-like shell. The micellar size and morphology were investigated by transmission electron microscope (TEM) and scan electron microscope (SEM), respectively. The results showed the fiberlike micelles were tens microns in length but only fifty nanometers in width. In order to learn the fiberlike micelle formation mechanism, four star-block copolymers with the same lengthe of PS blocks but different lengths of P4VP were self-assembed, and their mophology showed a transition from sphere to fiberlike with increasing the lengths of P4VP. The stretching of the longer PVP was restricted in micellar core, which made the sphere micelles with small radius of curvature transformation into rod micelles with lager radius of curvature. As the template of fiberlike micelles, the one-dimensional nano-materials with ordered arrays of gold nanoparticles were obtained by reducing HAuCl4 ·3H2O complex with micelles.
