摘　　要：首先介绍了千兆无源光网络(GPON)系统中网元管理系统(EMS,Element Management System)的体系构架,然后简要分析了光网络单元在管理与控制过程中出现的告警情况,最后分析EMS故障管理模块的功能,并在此基础上设计并且实现了其故障管理模块中故障告警的监测与管理,完成了GPON网管中的一个重要部分的设计,为今后整个GPON网络管理系统的实现奠定了一定的基础。Firstly this paper introduces the structure of network element management system（EMS）in the network management system of GPON. Then this paper analyses all alarms the optical network unit will appear when it is in the management and control process,Finally, the paper analyses the function of trap management module of EMS, and based on the above analyse,it also design and realization the monitoring and management of alarm in the trap management, complete the design of a very important part of management control module in GPON.All of this establishes a certain foundation to implement the whole network management system of GPON in the future.
