摘　　要：目的探讨6ThZ(E)OK/6ThZ(E)O方案治疗2HRZ(E)S/4HR治疗后复发菌阳肺结核的临床疗效。方法选择2HRZ(E)S/4HR治疗后复发菌阳肺结核164例,随机分为观察组(83例)和对照组(81例),化疗方案分别采取6ThZ(E)OK/6ThZ(E)O和3HRZES/9HRE。观察两组治疗第1、2、6个月末和疗程末痰菌转阴、病灶吸收、空洞变化情况及不良反应。结果观察组疗程末痰菌阴转率、肺内病灶吸收好转率及空洞闭合好转率均优于对照组(P<0.05),两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论应用6ThZ(E)OK/6ThZ(E)O方案治疗2HRZ(E)S/4HR治疗后复发菌阳肺结核疗效更有优势,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of 6ThZ（E） OK/6ThZ（E） O on patients with re -treatment after 2HRZ（E）S/4HR for their sputum positive tuberculosis. Methods A total of 164 cases chosen in a randomized way were divided into the study group （n = 83 ） and the control group （n = 81 ）. The treatment measures were 6ThZ（E） OK/6ThZ（E） O and 3HRZES/9HRE for the study and control groups, respectively. Results When the treatment was completed, the negative conversion rate, focus absorptivity and cavity closing rate in study group were better than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. No obvious severe adverse effect was found in two groups. Conclusion The therapeutic effects of 6ThZ （ E ） OK/6ThZ （ E ） O is perfect for the re - treatment of sputum positive tuberculosis. It is valuable in clinical application.
