摘  要:采用反渗透技术对高矿化度矿井水进行处理,考察了CPA(芳香族聚酰胺)膜对矿井水中各种离子的去除效果。试验结果表明:系统运行24d,对矿井水的处理效果显著,Ca2+、Cl-、SO42-、Mg2+各离子的平均去除率可分别达到98%、94%、98%、95%以上,系统出水水质稳定,出水达到国家饮用水标准;并根据静态清洗反渗透(RO)污染膜的分析结果,总结出反渗透膜的污染特征,最终优选出先碱洗后酸洗的膜清洗方案。The reverse osmosis (RO) technology was adopted to treat mine water with high salinity,in which the removal of various ions in the mine water by the usage of CPA (Composite Polyamide) membrane were investigated. The results showed that: during the 24 d of systems operation, the treatment effect of RO process in treating the coal mine water was good, the average removal rates of various ions could reach above 98% (Ca2+), above 94% (Cl-), above 98% (SO42+) and above 95% (Mg2+) respectively, the system effluent quality is stable and the tested items of the effluent met the national drinking water standards; and the pollution characteristics of RO membrane was summarized according to the static cleaning of the polluted membrane, finally the optimal washing process was determined, that is washing the RO membrane firstly by alkali and later by acid.
