摘  要:为研究离心泵用激光加工多孔端面机械密封的内部流动机制,根据动压润滑理论采用多重网格法求解雷诺方程和基于计算流体力学方法(CFD)求解N-S方程,分别获得机械密封环端面微凹腔内的动压分布,并对两种计算结果进行对比。研究表明:合适的微孔尺寸可以产生流体动压效应;相邻孔之间的流体动压力会产生相互叠加和耦合,单个微孔的压力要比几个相邻微孔叠加所得压力略小。对比两种研究方法,CFD软件从流体力学角度提供了一种更精确的计算方法,可与多重网格法交互使用观察计算结果,以达到模拟的真实性。In order to analyze the inner flow mechanism in the mechanical seal with laser-textured porous face, the hydrodynamic pressure distribution in micro lubricative pores on the seal ring face was calculated by multi-grid method according to hydrodynamic pressure lubrication theory, and by solving N-S equation based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) mehod, the calculation results were compared. The results show that a suitable size of micropore can cause hydrodynamic pressure effect, because adjacent hydrodynamic pressure can overlap and couple, the calculated presssure of single microproe is smaller than that of several adjacent micropores. CFD software gives a more accurate calculation method from the point of view of fluid dynamics, it can be used alternately with multi-grid method to test the authenticity of simulation.
