摘 要:采用智能稀释DUO-ICP-AES法测定密封不锈钢食品容器中铅、镉、铬、镍的溶出量,并对3%乙酸溶液中仪器的分析线选择、背景校正、入射功率、雾化器压力、辅助气流量、冷却气流量、蠕动泵转速的影响及共存元素的干扰等因素进行了研究。该方法的检测限为:铅0.0066mg/L;镉0.0009mg/L;铬0.0017mg/L;镍0.0011mg/L,其回收率和精密度分别为93.2%~99.4%和0.48%~2.3%。该方法快速简便,具有良好的精密度和准确度,适用于进出口密封不锈钢食品容器的日常检验。The method was developed for the simultaneous determination of Pb, Cd, Cr, Ni leaching quantity from stainless steel sealed food containers by dual observation-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry with automatic dilution technique. The factors such as the selection of analytical wavelengths, the correction of the background, the influence of instrument parameters such as power, nebulizer pressure, auxiliary gas, peristaltic pump rate in 3% acetic acid, and the interference of coexistent elements were investigated. The detection limits of the method are 0. 006 6 mg/L for Pb,0. 000 9 mg/L for Cd,0. 001 7 mg/L for Cr,0. 001 1 mg/L for Ni. The recovery rates and precision of the method are in the range of 93.2% -99. 4% and 0.48% -2.3% respectively. The method is simple and rapid and has high precision, it is convenient and suitable for daily inspection of import and export stainless steel sealed food containers.
