摘 要:针对目前基于油液光谱分析的柴油机磨损状态评判方法中存在的诸多不足,提出了一种基于投影寻踪方法的新评判方法。该方法通过将多维样本评价指标转换到低维子空间,通过遗传算法寻找最优投影方向,得到各样本最优投影方向下的投影值,通过投影值大小对柴油机磨损状态作出综合评价。与其他综合评价方法相比,该方法用得到的最佳投影方向表示各评价指标的权重,避免了传统方法确定指标权重的主观性,结果更合理和科学。There exist a good many shortages in current evaluation methods for diesel engine' s wear condition based on oil spectrum. A new evaluation model based on projection pursuit (PP) was presented. Through transforming muhi-dimension evaluation indexes into low dimension space, searching the best project orientation by genetic algorithm, obtaining the value of projection function of the best project orientation, the evaluation method can realize wear condition synthetic evaluation of diesel engine based on the value of projection function. Compared with other synthetic evaluation methods, this evaluation method uses the best project orientation as the weight of each evaluation index, which avoids the jamming of weight by traditional methods,it' s more reasonable and scientific.
