摘　　要：介绍了1副洗发水瓶盖注射模,模具的动模采用外螺纹自动脱模机构和圆弧侧向抽芯机构,外螺纹自动脱模机构动力来源于液压缸,圆弧侧向抽芯机构不需要任何外部动力。模具结构简单,设计新颖,可供同行借鉴。An injection mould for a shampoo bottle cap was developed in which an auto-demolding device by male thread and a core-pulling mechanism in circular arc at the moving half were applied. A hydraulic cylinder gives motivity to the auto-demolding device by male thread while the core-pulling in circular arc doesn＇t need any outside power.
