摘 要:采用气相色谱分析技术,较为系统地研究了三唑磷在橘园中的残留与降解行为。结果表明,三唑磷在橘园中的降解符合一级化学动力学方程Ct=C0e-kt;三唑磷在柑橘果皮中的半衰期为29.3d,全果中为28.9d,橘园土壤中为10.0d;在果肉中表现为先逐渐累积后慢慢降解的过程,其累积期为1d左右,降解半衰期为14.0d。三唑磷在橘园中的残留量分布为:柑橘果皮>>柑橘园土壤>>柑橘果肉,表现出明显的接触性残留规律。The residue and degradation of triazophos in orangery were systematically studied by gas chromatography. The results indicated that degradation of triazophos in citrus and soil samples was accordance with first order chemical dynamic equation Ct = Co e-^kt. The half-life of triazophos was 29.3 days in citrus peel, 28.9 days in citrus fruit and 10.0 days in soil, respectively. Residue of triazophos in citrus pulp was gradually accumulated first, and then gradually degraded; the accumulation time and half-life of that were 1.0 and 14.0 days respectively. The residue distribution of triazophos in orangery was as following order: citrus peel 〉〉 soil 〉〉citrus pulp. It showed an obvious regulation of contacting residue.
