摘  要:对植酸酶在高温制粒中的存留率和对建鲤鱼种生长及肌肉组成的影响进行了研究。结果表明:在环模压缩比1∶10、调制温度89℃、蒸汽压力0.2MPa的制粒参数下,植酸酶活性存留率为36.93%~51.58%;添加植酸酶显著(P<0.05)提高了建鲤肌肉中的粗蛋白含量;饲料中添加1000U/kg植酸酶可节约60%的磷酸二氢钙,其作用相当于9g/kg饲料的磷酸二氢钙。The retention rate of phytase in high temperature and pelleting, and the effects of phytase on growth and muscle composition of Cyprinus carpio var. Jian were studied in this paper. The results showed that the retention rate of phytase activity was between 36.93% to 51.58% when the compression ratio of model loop was 1:10, the conditioning temperature was 89℃ and the vapor pressure was 0.2 MPa; the protein content in the muscle of Cyprinus carpio var. Jian was significantly improved (P〈0.05) by adding phytase; it could save 60% calcium dihydrogen phosphate by adding 1 000 U/Kg phytase to fertilizer, and the effect of which was equal to the effect of 9 g/kg calcium dihydrogen phosphate in feed.
