摘 要:南水北调中线工程供水是受水区的补充水源,需与当地其它水源共同供水满足受水区的需水要求。受水区的调蓄水库分布在不同流域,各地水资源特性差别较大,因此,探索南水北调中线北调水和受水区当地水联合调度运用中调蓄水库的最优运行方式,对中线工程建成之后的合理调度水资源具有指导意义。借助已有的水资源联合调度模拟模型,结合分步逐次迭代优化法,对受水区的调蓄水库的调度指标进行优化,分别采用优化前后的调度指标,进行受水区供用水模拟计算,并对模拟计算结果进行了比较分析。The water supply by Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion is a supplement water sources,which will meet the water demand of water service area with local water sources together.The regulating reservoirs in water service area are distributed in different basins and the water resources features in different areas vary considerably.Therefore,the research on the most optimized operation mode of regulating reservoirs in co-operation of the diversion water of Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion and local water has guiding significance to reasonable water resources regulation after the completion of the project.Based on existing simulation model for water resources co-operation,and in the combination of successive iteration optimization algorithms,the dispatching index of regulating reservoirs in water service area is optimized,and the water supply and use in water service area is simulated by optimized dispatching indexes and non-optimized one respctively,and the simulation and computation results have been analyzed and compared.
