水稻上3种潜根线虫的形态学鉴定及记述

摘　　要：通过对浙江和安徽部分地区水稻上潜根线虫(Hirschmanniella spp.)的采集及分离,根据形态学特征和形态测量值等,共鉴定出3个种:水稻潜根线虫(H.oryzae)、尖突潜根线虫(H.mucronata)和细潜根线虫(H.gracilis).不同地理群体的水稻潜根线虫和尖突潜根线虫除个别测量值外其他各值均在模式标本的参考值范围内,而细潜根线虫各项测量值普遍偏小于模式标本.细潜根线虫为浙江省内首次报道.According to the morphological characters and morphometries, three species in genus Hirschmanniella were identified. They were H. oryzae, H. mucronata and H. gracilis. Some morphometrics of H. oryzae and H. mucronata varied slightly from the original descriptions o{ type specimens, most of other morphometric data were within the reference value range. Compared to the original descriptions of type specimen, the data of H. gracilis were smaller. This was the first report of H. gracilis in Zhejiang Province, eastern China.
