摘  要:通过单药纸片搭桥试验、复合药物纸片试验、单药最小抑菌浓度(MIC)测定、联合药敏试验、Kirby-Baueer试验,研究复方阿莫西林纳米乳(AMX-LH-NE)对奶牛乳房炎3种主要病原菌的体外联合抗菌效应.结果表明:阿莫西林(AMX)和盐酸左氧氟沙星(LH)联用时表现为协同抗菌作用;二者联用时对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)的MIC分别是单用时的1/4倍和1/8倍,对无乳链球菌(Streptococcus agalactiae)的MIC均是单用时的1/4倍,对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)的MIC均是单用时的1/8倍;二者联用对3种病原菌的部分抑菌浓度(FIC)指数均不大于0.5;AMX-LH-NE对3种病原菌的抑菌圈直径与其他各组相比,差异均极显著(P<0.01).结果提示,AMX-LH-NE对奶牛乳房炎主要病原菌的联合抗菌活性强.Combination antibacterial effect of compound amoxicillin and levofloxacin hydrochloride nanoemutsion(AMX-LH-NE) against three main pathogenic bacteria of cow mastitis in vitro was investigated by single drug bridging test, compound drug susceptibility test, single drug minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) determination, combination susceptibility test and Kirby-Baueer disc diffusion test. The results show that synergistic effect was generated when amoxieillin(AMX) and levofloxacin hydrochloride (LH) were combined. MIC of the mixed AMX and LH against Staphylococcus aureus was 1/4 and 1/8 times compared with single drug, respectively, and MIC against Streptococcus agalactiae was both 1/4 times, and MIC against Escherichia coli was both 1/8 times. Each of fractional inhibitory eoncentration(FIC) index was not more than 0.5. The disc diffusion zone diameters of AMX-LH NE against bacteria were all highly significant difference(P(0.01)compared with other each group. The results above suggested that combination antibacterial activity of AMX-LH- NE against three pathogenic bacteria was strong.
