摘　　要：吗替麦考酚酯(mycophenolate mofetil,1)是由瑞士罗氏公司在20世纪90年代开发的一种抗代谢类免疫抑制剂,临床上主要用于器官移植和自身免疫性疾病[1],不良反应小,应用前景良好。An HPLC method was established for the determination of mycophenolate mofetil and its related substances. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.05 mol/L ammonium acetate buffer solution-acetonitrile （50 ： 50） at the wavelength of 250 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0.05 - 2.0 mg/ml. The average recovery was 99.1% - 99.5 %, with RSD of 0.11% - 0.87%.
