三七中三七素的提取分离及含量测定

摘　　要：目的:研究三七中水溶性成分三七素的提取分离方法及含量测定。方法:采用超声提取三七素的粗品,然后经过醇沉、凝胶柱过滤和离子交换树脂的纯化,得到三七素单体,用HPLC法测定其含量。结果:三七素单体能够很好地被分离出来,含量为92.41%。结论:运用多种柱层析结合的方法能够成功地分离到纯度较高的三七素单体。Objective ：To study how to extract, abstract and determine dencichine in water-solubility ingredients of Radix Notoginseng. Method ： Crude of dencichine was extract with ultrasonic extraction. Then it was precipitated by ethanol, and purified by sephadex column and ion exchange resin column to obtain dencichine. At last dencichine was assayed by HPLC. Resuh：Dencichine had been successfully extracted and abstracted, and its purity was 92. 41%. Conclusion：Multi-column chromatography can obtain more purified dencichine successfully.
