加味厚朴温中汤对泄泻湿阻证大鼠胃肠道P物质和白细胞介素2表达的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察不同剂量加味厚朴温中汤对泄泻湿阻证大鼠模型胃肠道P物质(SP)和白细胞介素2(IL-2)表达的影响。[方法]采用大黄灌胃加外湿法建立大鼠泄泻湿阻证模型。并将大鼠随机分为7组:湿阻证模型(模型1)组,自然恢复(模型2)组,加味厚朴温中汤低、中、高剂量(低、中、高剂量)组及阿托品组,正常对照(正常)组。以免疫组化法检测不同剂量加味厚朴温中汤治疗后各组胃肠组织SP和IL-2的水平变化。[结果]与正常组比较,模型组大鼠SP与IL-2在胃窦部和空肠起始段的表达均显著减低(P<0.01);用加味厚朴温中汤治疗后SP及IL-2水平均比模型组增加(P<0.05,<0.01)。[结论]通过调节胃肠道激素和免疫功能,以调整胃肠道运动,可能是加味厚朴温中汤治疗湿阻证泄泻的又一作用机制。[Objective]To observe the effect of Jiawei Houpu wenzhong decoction and different doses on gastrointestinal SP（Pmaterial）and interleukin-2 （IL-2）expression in diarrhea rats with stasis of dampness syndrom. [Methods]Adopt garage rhubarb and extro-dampness evil methods to establish Diarrhea with stasis of dampness syndrom model in rats. All rats were divided into 7 groups（model group 1, model group 2,Jiawei Houpu wenzhong decoction in the low, middle and high dose group, atropine group and normal group）. Using immunohistochemical method to check gastrointestinal SP（P material）and interleukin-2（IL-2）expression change and difference after being treated by Jiawei Houpu wenzhong decoction with different doses. [Results] Compared with normal group, P material and IL-2 in the gastric antrum and jejunum initial segment of model group significantly decreased（P〈0. 01）;Jiawei Houpu wenzhong decoction increased P material and IL-2 content more significantly than model group（P〈0. 05, 〈0. 01）. [Conclusion]Regulating gastrointestinal tract hormones and immune function can adjust gastrointestinal tract movement, it may be another function of Jiawei Houpu wenzhong decoction in treat Dampness card.
