摘  要:针对双圆锥扫描式红外地平仪因无刷直流扫描电机转速不均匀造成的姿态角测量误差进行了研究。通过对无刷直流电机结构特性与电特性进行分析,建立了电机转速数学模型,根据电机转速数学模型及红外地平仪扫描地球获取的信号的特性,推导出电机转速不均匀造成的姿态角测量误差计算数学模型。由姿态角测量误差计算数学模型可计算出航天器姿态角测量误差,通过星载计算机软件预设或地面计算机上行注数实现航天器姿态角测量结果的实时补偿。推导的红外地平仪姿态角测量误差计算数学模型可以为在轨运行航天器姿态的高精度测量与控制提供保证。Attitude measurement errors of the double cone scanning infrared earth sensor caused by brushless DC motor speed asymmetry was researched. The speed model of the brushless DC motor was developed. According to the motor's speed model and the characteristics of the earth signal obtained by the infrared earth sensor, the mathematical model of attitude measurement errors caused by motor speed asymmetry was deduced. The mathematical model can be used to calculate spacecraft's attitude measurement errors to realize the spacecraft measurement data's real-time correction. The result from above shows that the precision for the spacecraft attitude measurement and control can be assured.
