摘　　要：新兴经济体对外直接投资的研究主要分两大类:一是利用传统FDI理论解释新兴经济体ODI,二是尝试超越传统FDI理论,进行理论创新,引入新视角。本文针对相关文献进行梳理,并对其进行评述。There are two categories of theoretical researches on emerging economies ODI, one is exploiting the traditional FDI theories to explain EE＇s ODI, another is trying to exploring new theory and perspective. This paper reviews the related theoretical researches on EE＇s ODI and makes comments on it.
