摘 要:采用普通陶瓷工艺制备了Ir4+掺杂的Co2Z型平面六角铁氧体,研究了少量Ir4+掺杂对Co2Z型铁氧体材料结构和磁性能的影响。结果表明,少量掺杂Ir4+的Co2Z型铁氧体仍具有单相的Z型平面六角结构,其磁导率实部μ′明显提高。随着烧结温度的提高,材料的磁导率实部μ′增大,但截止频率下降。在1275℃烧结的掺杂Ir4+铁氧体样品,其μ′达到16.5,截止频率仍>1GHz,具有较好的高频性能。The Ir^4+ doped Co2Z type hexagonal ferrite materials were prepared by the conventional ceramic method. The influence of a small amount of Ir^4+ addition on structures and magnetic properties of the materials were investigated. The results show that the Co2Z ferrite materials doped with a small amount of Ir^4+ are also the single phase of Co2Z planar hexagonal structure. The addition of Ir^4+ in Co2Z ferrite can increase the real part μ' of complex permeability significantly. With increasing sintering temperature, the real part μ' of complex permeability increases and cut-off frequency goes down. The Ir^4+ doped Co2Z ferrites sintered at 1275℃ exhibited excellent high frequency properties such as high initial permeability up to 16.5 and high cut-off frequency above 1GHz.
