摘 要:采用快速凝固法制备了Ti53.5Ni22.8Cu23.7合金非晶薄带,研究了长时间热退火对合金条带马氏体相变行为的影响。结果表明,经450~500℃保温退火1~10h条带的相变热滞对保温时间不敏感,约为13~15℃,相变热在4~8J/g之间。随着保温时间延长,500℃退火下的条带相变峰值温度移向高温区而450℃退火下则移向低温区。条带在低于晶化温度的400℃保温10h后晶化程度显著提高,体现出明确的马氏体相变,其相变热滞为13.9℃。合金条带在400℃退火10h形成具有织构(001)的TiCu-B11析出物和Ti2Cu型析出物,在450~500℃退火形成Ti2Cu型析出物。长时间退火下的条带相变特征的差异与退火条带的织构、析出物类型及析出物改变合金基体相的化学成分有关。Ti53.5 Ni22.8 Cu23.7 shape memory alloy ribbons have been fabricated by rapid solidification and the effect of long-term annealing on their martensitic transformation behavior was investigated. The transformation hystereses with the values of about 13-15℃ are not sensitive to the holding time when the ribbon is annealed at 450 or 500℃ ,and their transformation heats are about 4-8J/g. With the holding time increasing, the transformation peak temperatures shift to higher temperature region for the ribbon annealed at 450℃ ,while those shift to lower temperature region when annealed temperature is 500℃. The ribbon with long-term annealed at 400℃ for 10h, which is lower than the crystallization temperature, can be greatly crystallized and exhibit well-defined transformation behavior with the transformation hysteresis of 13.9℃. TiCu-Bll precipitates with (001) preferential orientation and Ti2Cu precipitates can be formed in the ribbon annealed at 400℃ for 10h,while Ti2Cu precipitates are often formed at 450 and 500℃. The difference of the long-term annealing ribbon in the transformation behavior is ascribed to different textures, the type of precipitates and the chemical compositional evolution of matrix arising from the formation of precipitates.
