复合系统视角的企业集群三重绩效综合评价模型研究

摘　　要：从系统的观点看,企业集群是由经济子系统、社会子系统、生态子系统构成的复合系统。企业集群绩效水平的衡量,应该从"经济—社会—生态"三重绩效进行综合考察。根据这一思路,确定企业集群三重绩效评价的指标体系,并构建企业集群三重绩效综合评价模型,可以从静态和动态角度对企业集群绩效水平进行综合评估。利用该模型对广西宾阳再生纸企业集群评估的结果表明,模型具有可行性。From a consists of economic cluster＇s economic, performance social and systematical subsystem, level shall perspective, an enterprises cluster can be seen as a complex system that social subsystem and ecological subsystem. The evaluation of an enterprises be examined integratedly from a triple performance-level model relating to ecological factors. According to this idea, the performance level of a enterprises cluster can be evaluated integratedly from a static and dynamic perspective by defining a indicator system for assessing triple performances of it and establishing a integrated evaluation model for assessing its triple performances. The results of evaluating the enterprises cluster producing recycled paper in Binyang County of Guangxi Province reveal that the model in use is feasible Such results can provide governments with theoretical basis to promote a comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable development of enterprises clusters.
