摘　　要：结合我国企业在联盟知识管理过程中所存在的两个问题,将联盟中的知识管理区分为知识获取和知识应用两个阶段,分别分析了契约控制和信任控制两种控制机制在联盟知识管理过程中所发挥的作用。研究发现:适度的契约控制可以帮助企业有效获取和利用联盟中的知识,而信任控制对知识获取和知识利用都有重要的促进作用。Knowledge plays an important role on finn＇s competitive advantage, and more and more firms have built alliance to acquire knowledge. However, not all the finns can successfully manage knowledge in alliance. Thus, knowledge management in alliance becomes an important research question. Control mechanism has a significant impact on knowledge management in alliance. In this study, we divided the knowledge management in alliance into knowledge acquisition and knowledge utilization, and then investigated the roles of control mechanism during these two processes.
