摘 要:以对氯苯氧乙酸与取代邻氨基苯甲酸为起始原料,设计并合成了2个系列的新型芳氧乙酰胺类化合物(Ⅰ,Ⅱ),所有化合物的结构均通过核磁质谱确定。初步生物活性测试表明:在100mg/L质量浓度下,大部分化合物对靶标植物的根茎有不同程度的抑制效果,对根的抑制率较优;化合物(Ⅰ)系列除草效果优良,其中化合物(Ⅰ-2)的除草活性最强。Two series of new aryloxyacetamide compounds( Ⅰ, Ⅱ ) were synthesized by using 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid and substituted anthranilic acid as starting materials. Their chemical structures were confirmed by ^1H NMR and MS spectra. The biological test results showed that, at the concentration of 100 mg/L, most of title compounds inhibited root and stem growth of target test plants, and the inhibitory rates of root were higher than that of stem. Compounds Ⅰ exhibited herbicidal activities more excellent than compounds Ⅱ, and the compound Ⅰ -2 have the strongest herbicidal activity.
