摘　　要：阐述现代针灸适宜病症临床研究文献数据库的设计流程,并示例效果图。方法:根据课题需求,基于Win-dowsXP+Access2003环境,采用标准的结构化分析逐步设计数据库。结果:以需求分析为导向,在数据字典、概念结构、逻辑结构、物理结构等方面逐一建立起较为完善的针灸适宜病症临床研究文献数据库,最后用临床对照研究文献录入界面为例以示成效。结论:本数据库在充分考虑课题需求的前提下,精心设计出具有针灸临床研究文献和循证医学证据特色的数据结构,为解决现代针灸适宜病症的病症谱、演变规律、效能评价等科学问题打下了坚实的基础。Objective ： To explain the flow-sheet of design and establishment for the database of clinical resereh in the service of modem medical conditions trated by acupuncture. Methods ： Based on WindowsXP ＋ Access2003, we used the standard structure-a- nalysis to design database step by step, according with the requirement of the topic. Results： In the guide of requirement of analysis,the database were finished through data dictionary, concept structure, logic structure, and physico-structure. And we were to show the result by user interface of clinical control trials. Conclusion ：The databse were to possess the fetures of acupuncture clinical research and evidence based medicine, in the view of the requirement of hte topic. The aims were in the servic of medical conditions tretcd by acupuncture,vried regulrity, and efficacy assessment.
