补肾健脾活血汤治疗隐匿性肾小球肾炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟补肾健脾活血汤对隐匿性肾小球肾炎的影响。方法:82例隐匿性肾小球肾炎患者随机分成两组:对照组进行常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用补肾健脾活血汤。然后进行疗效观察,并通过实验室检查评价补肾健脾活血汤对24h尿蛋白定量(24hUPQ)和尿红细胞计数的影响。结果:治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);其24hUPQ和尿红细胞计数实验室检查指标,治疗组与治疗前比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:补肾健脾活血汤可降低24hUPQ和尿红细胞计数,治疗隐匿性肾小球肾炎疗效显著。Objective： To observe the effect of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction on Occult glomerulonephritis. Methods ： Eighty two patients with Occult glomerulonephrltis were randomly divided into 2 groups ： Control group was treated with eonventional therapy and treatment group was treated with Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction in addition to the eonventlonal therapy as eontrol group. After Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction treatment, the therapeutic effect of twenty-four-hour urine protein quantitation （24HUPQ） and red blood cell eount in urine were observed by laboratory examination. Results ：The therapeutie effect in treatment group was more effective than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. 24HUPQ and red blood eell eount in urine were significantly ehanged after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ） in the treat group. Conclusion：Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction decreased 24HUPQ and red blood eell count in urine. The therapy of Occult glomerulonephritis is effective.
