摘　　要：类风湿性关节炎是一种以累及周围关节为主的多系统性、炎症性的自身免疫性疾病,致残率较高,目前尚无特效疗法。病人以女性居多,女性与男性比例约为3∶1。发病平均年龄30～50岁。其盛行率约1%,且随年龄增加而增高。祖国医学认为,类风湿性关节炎主要是肝脾肾虚弱,风寒湿热之邪乘虚侵入关节、经络、气血、肌肉,导致气血不畅而发病。临床主要分为2期:急性期,缓解期。其中急性期分为湿热型、阴虚内热型、寒热错杂型。缓解期分为肝肾亏虚型,痰瘀痹阻型。Periphery kind of rheumatic arthritis are one kind implicate the joint multi-systematic characteristics primarily, Inflammation own immunological disease,Crippling rate is high,At present still did not have the special treatment. The patient is in the majority by the female, Female and the male proportion approximately is 3： 1. The morbidity age approximately is 30 ~ 50 years old equally. It being in vogue rate approximately is 1%, and increases along with the age advances. Motherland medical science thinks that, the atrophic arthritis is that the liver spleen kidney is debilitated mainly, chili sticky that evil takes advantage of a weak point to intrude into the arthrosis, channel and subsidiary channel, gas blood, muscle, lead to gas blood smooth not but come on. There are 2 phases clinically mainly mark：Impatient scheduled time, catabasis. Impatient scheduled time among them is marked hot type of false sticky overcast type inner chills and fever disordered type. Catabasis is marked by the false liver kidney wane type and sputum stagnates numbness hinders type.
