摘 要:目的:研究强心通脉颗粒对慢性心衰大鼠心肌组织AngⅡ与血栓烷素B2(TXB2)的影响。方法:以结扎大鼠冠状动脉致其急性心肌梗死后,再进行饥饿及力竭式游泳造成大鼠慢性心衰模型。并在用药6周后,用彩色超声多普勒心动图测量大鼠的心功能,以免疫组化方法测定心肌组织中AngⅡ的含量并用ELESA法测定各组TXB2的数值。结果:大鼠模型组与正常对照组比较,心功能明显降低(P<0.01);AngⅡ、TXB2含量远远高于正常组(P<0.01);中药组和西药组AngⅡ、TXB2含量均低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:强心通脉颗粒能抑制慢性心衰大鼠RAS系统的激活,降低血清中TXB2的水平,从而能改善慢性心衰大鼠的心功能,为慢性心衰防治及实验研究提供客观依据。Objective :To investigate the effects of Qiangxintongmai Granule on Ang Ⅱ and TXB2 with Chronic Heart Failure (CHF) in rats. Methods :The model of CHF was establishing by MI useing the coronary artery ligation in the rats ,then forcod them limotherapy and swimming. Heart function was detected by color ultrasonic Doppler. Expression of Ang Ⅱ was measured by immunocytochemistry. Expression of TXB2 was detected by ELESA. Results : Compared with model group rats, the heart function significandy decreased( P 〈 0. 01 ) and the protein expression of Ang Ⅱ and TXB2 significantly increased( P 〈 0. 01 ). The data of Ang Ⅱ and TXB2 in treat groups were lower than those of model groups( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion:Qiangxintongmai Granule can effectively improve heart function and activate the cardiac renin-angiotensin system(RAS) by reducing Ang Ⅱ and TXB2 levels. This research will provide some objective foundation for the further exploration.
