摘 要:目的:观察疏肝理气法对实验性功能性消化不良大鼠下丘脑、胃、血浆胃泌素的影响。方法:40只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、柴胡疏肝散组、吗丁啉组,每组10只,以夹尾激惹刺激法制作功能性消化不良大鼠模型,并分别给予生理盐水、柴胡疏肝散水煎剂、吗丁啉溶液灌胃,观察各组大鼠下丘脑、胃、血浆胃泌素变化。结果:柴胡疏肝散组大鼠除下丘脑外,其胃、血浆胃泌素含量显著高于模型组大鼠(均P<0.05),与吗丁啉组无显著差别(均P>0.05)。结论:疏肝理气法升高胃和血浆胃泌素可能是其治疗消化不良的作用机制之一。Objective : To explore the effects of the method of soothing the liver and regulating qi on Gastrin in Hypothalamus, Gastric Antrum and Plasma of functional dyspepsia model rats. Methods:40 rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,chaihushugansan group and domperidone group (each n = 10). The functional dyspepsia model was established by constantly squeezing their tails and mean while saline, chaihushugansan decoction and domperidone suspension were administered respectively to three groups by gavage. The Gastrin in Hypothalamus, Gastric Antrmn and Plasma were measured four weeks later. Results:Gastrin in Gastric Antrum and Plasma of Chaihushugansan group were significantly higher than those of model group(both P 〈 0. 05 ) No significant difference in compare with those of domperidone group ( both P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The method of soothing the liver and regulating qi has the function of increasing the content of gastrin in gastric antrum and plasma,which may be one of its therapeutic mechanisms on functional dyspepsia.
