摘  要:目的为制定中国成年人肺最大通气量(MMV)正常参考值的标准提供科学依据。方法收集了中国39个单位所测定的6844例健康成年人肺最大通气量正常参考值,应用SPSS统计软件,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究其与8项地理环境要素的关系。结果发现健康成年人肺最大通气量正常参考值与中国地理环境要素有很显著的相关关系(F=8.122,P=0.001)。用逐步回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程:Y=236.792—1.068X3-1.530X4±2.061。说明气温年较差(X3)和年平均相对湿度(X4)是影响中国健康成年人肺最大通气量正常参考值最重要的两项地理因素。结论如果知道了中国某地的地理环境要素数值,就可以用回归方程计算出该地的健康成年人肺最大通气量正常参考值。依据健康成年人肺最大通气量正常参考值与地理环境要素的关系,将中国划分为东北、华北、晋陕内蒙古、长江中下游、东南、西北、西南、青藏8个区。Objective To supply a scientific basis for uniting the normal reference value standard of lung maximum minute ventilation of Chinese healthy adults. Methods The relationship between the normal reference value of 6 844 examples of lung maximum minute ventilation of Chinese healthy adults and eight geographical environmental factors in 39 areas in China was measured by SPSS statistical software and correlation and regression analysis. Results The correlation of geo- graphical environmental factors and the normal reference value of lung maximum minute ventilation of Chinese healthy adults was quite significant (F= 8. 122,P = 0. 001). The method of mathematical regression analysis was used to infer a regression equation:Y= 236. 792-1. 068X3-1. 530X4± 2. 061. Showing that annual temperature range and annual average relative humidity were the most important geographic factors of lung maximum minute ventilation of Chinese healthy adults. Conclusion If geographical environmental factor values are obtained in some areas,the normal reference value of lung maximum minute ventilation of Chinese healthy adults of this area can be reckoned by the regression equations. Furthermore ,according to the similarity of the normal reference value of lung maximum minute ventilation of Chinese healthy adults and the geographical environmental factors ,China can be divided into eight regions.
