摘  要:目的了解男性不育症患者精子功能检查试验,即低渗肿胀试验结果的情况。方法分析正常生育男性组200例和不育症男性患者组203例。分别取两组研究对象精液置入低渗溶液中数分钟,利用相差显微镜观察每个标本100~200个精子中出现肿胀的百分率,并对结果进行统计学分析比较。结果不育组中,未出现肿胀(简称a型)占(23.7±1.8)%;尾尖肿胀(简称b型)占(21.1±1.6)%;尾尖弯曲肿胀(简称c型)占(15.8±1.1)%;尾尖肿胀伴弯曲肿胀(简称d型)占(16.4±1.4)%;尾弯曲肿胀(简称e型)占(12.5±0.9)%;尾粗短肿胀(简称f型)占(4.7±0.5)%;全尾部肿胀(简称g型)占(5.8±0.3)%。而正常组中,a型占(3.2±0.2)%;b型占(2.6±0.4)%;c型占(4.1±0.3)%;d型占(6.3±0.6)%;e型占(5.9±0.7)%;f型占(14.5±1.2)%;g型占(63.4±8.6)%,两组结果差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论精子尾部低渗肿胀试验可作为体外精子膜功能及完整性的评价指标,预测精子潜在的受精能力。Objective To understand sperm hypo-osmotie swelling test results among male patients with infertility. Methods Semen specimens from 203 patients with infertility and healthy men and 200 healthy men were placed in hypotonic solution for a few minutes,the percentage of swelling in 100 to 200 sperms from each specimen was observed by using phase-contrast microscopy. The results were statistically analyzed. Results It was found that type a (not swelling) accounted for (23.7±1.8)% ;swelling sharp tails,type b (21.1±1.6)% ;swelling sharp and curved tails,type c (15.8± 1.1) % ;swelling sharp tails combined curved swelling tails, type d (16.4 ± 1.4) % ; swelling curved tails, type e (12.5± 0.9 ) % ; swelling tail tubbiness, type f (4.7± 0.5) % ; whole tail swelled, type g (5.8 ± 0.3) % in the infertility group against (3.2±0.2)%,(2.6±0.4)%,(4. 1±0.3)%,(6.3±0.6)%,(5.9±0.7)%,(14.5±1.2)% and (63.4±8.6)% respectively in the healthy group. There was statistically difference between the two groups(P〈0.01). Conclusion The tail of the sperm tail hypo-osmotic swelling test can be used to evaluate function and integrity of the vitro sperm membrane and predict the potential fertilization ability of the sperms.
