双向侧流免疫法检测超敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）及临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨利用双向侧流免疫法检测hs—CRP及临床应用价值。方法利用双向侧流免疫法检测110份病人全血、血浆、血清标本hs-CRP，同时与免疫散射比浊法检测血清hs—CRP的结果相比较。结果检测血浆的灵敏度、特异度和总符合率分别为96．2％，98．3％和97．3％；检测全血的灵敏度、特异度和总符合率分别为96．2％，94．8％和95．5％；检测血清的灵敏度、特异度和总符合率分剐为96．2％，96．6％和96．4％。三种样本的灵敏度、特异度和总符合率均超过90％，表明两种试剂的检测结果具有较高的一致性和等效性。结论双向侧流免疫法检测hs—CRP可同时用于检测全血、血浆和血清三种样本，操作简便，标本用量少，结果准确、可靠，具有很高的临床应用前景。Objective To study the clinical application of hi-directional lateral flow immunoassay in detection of high sensitivity C-reactive protein test. Methods The hs-CRP in 110 whole blood,plasma and serum samples were detected by bi-directional lateral flow immunoassay and Rate nephelometry immunoassay. Results The sensitivity,specificity and the total coincidence of plsma samples were 96.2%, 98.3% and 97.3% ;the sensitivity,specificity and the total coincidence of whole blood samples were 96.2% ,94.8% and 95.5% ;the sensitivity,specificity and the total coincidence of serum samples were 96.2% ,96.6% and 96. 4%. The results showed that there was continuity and equality on the detection results of hs-CRP levels analyzed by hi-directional lateral flow immunoassay and rate nephelometry immunoassay. Conclusion The hi-directional lateral flow immunoassay for the hs-CRP levels analyzed has a lot of advantages,for simple operation step, few patient＇s samples,multi-samples （whole blood,plasma,serum） can be used. It should be a fairly clinical significance for the hs-CRP detection.
