血浆蛋白C（PC）对口服华法令患者凝血功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨口服华法令抗凝患者血浆蛋白C（PC）含量的改变及对凝血功能的影响。方法用STA compact全自动血凝分析仪测定40例口服华法令抗凝的心脏瓣膜置换患者和40例正常对照者的血浆凝血酶原时间（PT）及国际标准化比率（INR），用酶联免疫吸附实验双抗体夹心法原理定量测定PC。结果口服华法令抗凝患者血浆PT，INR，PC分别为25．7±5．1s，2．6±0．5，3．1±0．8μg／ml，与对照组比较，差异均有统计学显著性意义（P均〈0．01）。结论口服华法令抗凝患者血浆PC含量降低，使华法令的抗凝效果出现一定程度的减弱。Objective To assess the effect of the change of protein C＇s concentration on blood coagulation function in patients taking warfarin. Methods The STA compact instrument to analyze the plasmozyme time （PT） and international normalization ratio（INR） in plasma from 40 patients taking warfarin who received heart valve substitution and 40 health controls. The protein C（PC） was measured by double antibody sandwich method in ELISA. Results The PT,INR and PC in group of patients was 25.7 ±5. ls, 2.6±0. 5,3.1 ± 0.8 μg/ml respectively. These results between patients and health control had statistic differences（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The level of plasma PC in patients was lower than in health control,the anticoagulation effect of warfarin degraded to some extent.
