摘　　要：本文评述了世界海洋经济产业的形成和发展,以及我国改革开放以来海洋产业的发展形势;论述了海洋生物资源开发在可持续发展中的重要意义,以及海洋高新技术在海洋生物遗传育种、海洋农牧化和海洋药物开发等方面的应用和取得的重要成果。21世纪将是海洋全面开发的新时期。海洋开发竞争,实质上是海洋高科技的竞争。The formation and development of world marine industries, as well as the development of the marine industries in China after reformation and opening policy were put into effect. The significance of ex-ploitaion of marine resources in the sustainable development of marine industries is also put forward. The achievements of the utilization of advanced marine techniques in the genetics and breeding studies, marine farming and exploitation of marine medicines are also reviewed. The 21st century will be a new era of over all marine exploitations . The competition on marine exploitation is essentially the competition on advanced marine techniques.
